We require all potential clients to go through our discovery call process. This way we can determine your needs as well as make sure we are a good fit to work together!
Life happens and whether it’s a business thing or a personal thing, sometimes it might not work out. Unless you have chosen a deliverable such as Impact Audit or received a custom proposal where the contract is specific to your needs. We operate on a six month minimum contract and following that you or I both have the right to cancel our agreement with 30 days notice.
Your secrets are safe with me! I recognize the work that goes into each and every business and do not discuss details with anyone other than you. When we enter into our contract together, rest assured that everything we work on is kept confidential between us.
Yes! Discovery calls are available to anyone who inquires or applies for our services, this is a chance for us to get to know each other and determine if we are a good fit.
No! We use our own scheduling software for our clients and there is no additional cost for you.
No! Since our business is based virtually we can work with you wherever you are located. Keep in mind that working hours may vary!
